I find the Uniden 2-Line DECT 6.0 phone excellent. It has a load of intuitive features that work well. It's a replacement for a Panasonic 5.8 GHz 2-line phone. The Uniden does everything and more.
Here's what works best for me:
- No more WiFi conflicts
- Long range from base to phone
- Crystal clear sound
- Features are easy to use
- Intuitive
- Professional looking
- Wide range of tones and volume settings for each line
As you can see, there is a lot to like about this phone. If you need a 2 line phone, you should consider the Uniden 4086.

5th time lucky - Uniden 4086 a keeper by: Bill
We've tried and returned 4 cordless phones in recent months. We returned the others for various reasons including excessive static, having to scroll entire address book to find a number; etc. This Uniden phone has clear reception from the other end of the house and even outside; speakerphone is easy and numbers in the address book are easily accessed. The phonebook and the answering machine were easy to program. Amazon prices are competitive and we are pleased with our new phone system.

We purchased this system for our home and small business. After using it for the past several weeks, we are very pleased with how easy it was to set up and how intuitive it is to use. At first, we were concerned because of the negative reviews that we read. We are pleased to report that we have had absolutely no trouble with the system.
We have had no issue with signal strength. It's so strong that we are able to carry a handset into our back yard and make and receive calls from it.
The answering system works very well. It allows you to save messages or erase them very easily.
Overall, we are very pleased with the system, and will shortly add a third and possibly a fourth handset so we can have them on both levels of our house.

We've owned Uniden products in the past. They were tough, durable, and quite functional. This new and updated system is a down grade on all fronts. I had 3 replacement base units within the first week and now returning the whole package. The phones have poor range, intercom is flaky and calls drop out a lot. They feel delicate and cheap. the belt clips are useless. I could go on. Bottom line - save your money.

I've been trying to find user reviews on the Uniden 4086 in all the usual places. This is only the second review I've found. The other review was very negative. Anyone care to break the dead lock.
