Uniden TRU8885 Cordless Phone

The Uniden TRU8885 is one of the best Uniden phones to roll off the assembly line. It's loaded with features and still one of the best rated cordless phones. Sadly it's impossible to buy new units as this classic Uniden 5.8 cordless phone has been superseded by DECT 6.0 phones. However, there are refurbished cordless phones around and compatible TCX905 accessory handsets are still being manufactured.

The Uniden phones of the mid-to-late 2000's were some of the best cordless phones ever manufactured. The Uniden TRU8885 and TRU9485 are excellent cordless home phones. They are robust and have more useful features than the latest Uniden DECT phones. In fact they deliverer the same features as Uniden's top of the range 2 line cordless phones.

Our Recommendation

If you can find one of these classic Uniden telephones grab it with both hands. They are almost faultless and are far better phones than the latest Uniden DECT phones.
